Rental Policy

YARD GAME RENTALS

There is a 3 game minimum rental for delivery. No minimums for pickup and drop off rentals.
Customer is totally responsible for the safety of the yard games when they are in customer's possession.
There is a ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) damage deposit that will be collected from the renter and held until the games are returned back to Funatic Games LLC and confirmed to be in the same condition they were delivered. This damage deposit will be used to repair any damage outside of normal wear and tear should it occur. The damage deposit will be returned in full once all games have been determined to not be missing any pieces and are in proper working condition and appearance.
We do not set up the yard games on wet or inclined surfaces.
It's the customer's responsibility to keep the yard games dry during periodic rain pours. (Place under tent, indoors or cover them up)
We allow for normal wear and tear. The games may be slightly different in appearance compared to rental literature due to wear and tear. The games may sustain minor cosmetic blemishes and imperfections during the rental period.
Customer will be allowed a minimum of 3 hours (up to 3.5 hours) of play time when rented with Bubble Ball or Archery Tag.
Customer will be allowed to keep the yard games overnight if renting them alone without Bubble Ball or Archery Tag. Funatic Games LLC will be by sometime after 10AM the following day to pick them up (unless prior arrangements have been made).
Customer may keep the yard games for longer by paying an extra $10 more per game per day for up to 2 extra days.
Customer has the option of picking up and dropping off the yard games at our facility in Stuart.
We charge a $40 late fee per game for each day customer is late returning the yard games.
If customer does not return the yard games and all accompanying accessories on the return time specified in the agreement, Funatic Games LLC may take steps to recover and repossess the yard games. You hereby authorize and grant Funatic Games LLC and/or its' agents the right to enter your premises (front, side or backyard) to recover and repossess the games and all accompanying accessories.
If a game breaks while under customer's control, than customer will be charged based on extensity of damage. In the case of theft, loss, complete breakage or damage that is irreparable, Funatic Games LLC will invoice for the entire cost of the game plus a 30% lost revenue fee.
On pickup day, customer must round up the yard games and leave them in an area that is hidden from the general public, but easily accessible to one of our drivers.

GENERAL

A signed lease agreement and a 25% non-refundable deposit is required for reserving the games.
Full payment is required 10 days before rental date. If renting with less than 10 days till rental day, than full payment is required upon reservation.
Our daily rental time for Bubble Ball and Archery Tag is between 10AM to 9PM. Games must be done by 9PM.
All payments include a 25% non-refundable deposit. Any and all refunds will be minus the deposit.
Customer is solely responsible for securing a venue for the event that meets Funatic Games' criteria. We reserve the right to modify the customers' rental based on the size and features of the venue, if needed.
If customers don't get official approval from the venue for their event and it is cancelled by venue/park staff during the event, Funatic Games will not refund the event. A discount may be applied to a future event based on any unused event time.
All players must sign a waiver/release before playing. Minors must have their parents/guardians sign for them.
Funatic Games reserves the right to charge customers for the cost of any theft or damage to equipment requiring repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning care, beyond normal wear and tear, caused by the customers' or their guests' misuse or unsupervised use of the equipment.

WEATHER

We can not play or set up in the following conditions. Sole discretion ultimately lies with Funatic Games LLC.

Heavy rain and/or lightning/thunder
Muddy fields
Temperatures hotter than 90 degrees for outdoor events

We offer free rescheduling for weather related cancellations up until 365 days from date of original event.
We may allow playing in light rain. If we do and customer agrees to play Bubble Ball or Archery Tag in the rain, there will be an additional $50 cleaning charge.
For events with mixed forecasts, if we recommend cancelling and the customer wants to continue, the customer forfeits his/her right to later reschedule or request a refund for any time missed due to weather. We do reserve the right to make the final decision in weather related cancellations, but will defer to the customer's choice for forecasts with small chances of rain.

CANCELLATIONS

If inclement weather prevents us from setting up the games, we will offer customer a rain check. Customer may reschedule for free within 365 days from the date of the original event. All deposits and payments paid will be applied to the new event. Funatic Games will honor all sales and discounts and apply them to the new date.

If customer cancels the rental with 7 or more days remaining till the event/party, customer's initial deposit is non-refundable. We will however apply the deposit towards a new date scheduled within 365 days of original rental date. All sales and discounts are rendered invalid.

If customer cancels the rental with 6 or less days* remaining till the event/party, customer's initial deposit is non-refundable and will not apply towards future rentals.

If customer made a full payment, we would refund customer's payment minus 25% deposit.

* Does not include yard games which can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your rental date to receive free rescheduling.
