Part Time Position (30 to 60 hours per month)

IMPORTANT - Prerequisites to Getting the Job:

Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Saturday and Sunday are normal workdays here. You MUST be willing to work these days. If not, please do not apply.

Must have a vehicle to be able to transport equipment in (preferably a van or medium sized SUV). If you don't have a van or SUV and/or are not willing to transport equipment in your own vehicle from time to time, please do not apply.

OVERVIEW/DUTIES
  • Must be energetic, friendly and outgoing as you will be dealing with a lot of people.
  • Be willing to work afternoons and evenings mostly on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
  • We have our own vans, but you will be required during peak season to drive your own vehicle to events (you will be compensated for travel).
  • You will be required to drive to our warehouse facility in Stuart prior to each event to pick up any equipment you will need and load them into one of our vehicles or yours.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Must be in good physical shape. Job requires running around a bit during games plus loading and unloading of equipment.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends and occasional holidays (except Thanksgiving or Christmas.)
  • Must be on time for each event.
  • Greet all the players and make sure everyone has signed a waiver.
  • You will be required to set up for each event (set up yard games, blow up bubble balls and barricades, etc.)
  • Must be able to work alone most of the time. Certain events will require 2 or more coordinators but for backyard parties and such it is only one.
  • Coordinate Bubble Ball and Archery Tag parties and events by instructing on safety protocols and enforcing rules clearly to others.
  • Must know play instructions for every one of our yard games. You will be explaining how to play them to our customers upon delivery.
  • Must know all game modes to Bubble Ball and Archery Tag and how to play them.
  • Make sure everyone is having a great time and answer/deal with any concerns anyone may have.
  • Clean, pack up and deliver equipment back to our facility and unload.

Compensation (Weekly Pay)

  • Starting pay is $15/hour plus travel compensation if using your own vehicle to transport equipment. This is a starting pay for your first 10 events, after which it goes to $17/hr.
  • Travel compensation is .50/mile round trip.  
    (Example: If event is 20 miles away from our warehouse you would get paid an additional $20 for using your vehicle)
  • If you are on a reserve list and are called in to coordinate a party or event at the last minute and show up, we pay an extra $5/hour for that particular event.
  • Average private party is 1.5 hours long. Average large or corporate event is 3 hours. There are all day events too (festivals, fairs, etc.).

    We offer substantial quarterly performance bonuses to all of our coordinators as well.

Cancellation Policy

If inclement weather prevents us from setting up the games, we will offer you a rain check. You may reschedule for free within 365 days from the date of the original event. All deposits and payments paid will be applied to the new event. We will honor all sales and discounts and apply them to the new date.

If you cancel the rental with 7 or more days remaining till the event/party, your initial deposit is non-refundable. We will however apply the deposit towards a new date scheduled within 365 days of original rental date. All sales and discounts are rendered invalid.

If you cancel the rental with 6 or less days remaining till your event/party, your initial deposit is non-refundable and will not apply towards future rentals.*

If you made a full payment, we would refund your payment minus 25% deposit.

* Does not include yard games which can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your rental date to receive free rescheduling.
